1.system resetting test

When you already connect the electricity for machine and vacuum pump. The next step is to test machine . Turn on the machine, you will find the system is resetting in controller screen.

2.Troubleshooting during system resetting.

1) servo alarm during resetting

1.X axis servo alarm: Turn off machine, push the cutting head to middle of gantry, push , wait at least 20 seconds, turn on the machine again. Alarm will disappear.

2. Y axis servo alarm: Turn off machine, push the gantry to middle of machine. Wait at least 20 seconds, turn on the machine again. Alarm will disappear.

3. UD axis(Zaxis, control cutting head up and down)servo alarm: turn off machine, push the cutting head up or down to the middle of Z axis, wait at least 20 seconds, turn on the machine again, alarm will disappear.

3.Controller Screen working test.

When system resetting finished, you will see the following screen desktop Touch and click the blue device, Debug, file, Menu by finger to check screen working or not. If not working or not working in correct position. We need to do screen calibration , reference to figure 8:screen calibration.
